THE KEBAB IS OF TURKISH DESCENT AND HAS BEEND AROUND SINCE THE 19TH CENTURY. IN A KEBAB MEATS ARE SLOW ROASTED NEXT TO A VERTICAL ROTISSERIE, THINLY SLICED AND WRAPPED IN FLATBREAD. OUR DONER KEBAB STARTS WITH GRILLED FLATBREAD, FILLED WITH YOUR CHOICE OF CHICKEN, PORK, GRILLED VEGGIES OR FALAFEL. WE THEN ADD THIN SLICED RED CABBAGE, SWEET ONIONS, TOMATOES AND TOP IT OFF WITH A MILDLY SPICY CHILI AND A GARLIC YOGURT SAUCE.

OUR JOURNEY HERE BEGAN AT A YOUNG AGE. SIMPLE COOKING WAS TAUGHT TO US THROUGH OUR MOTHER AND LATER THROUGH WORKING IN KITCHENS AND FINE DINING. OUR LOVE FOR FOOD EXPANDED AS WE BEGAN TO TRAVEL AROUND THE WORLD. AFTER SEVERAL TRIPS TO EUROPE WE QUICKLY BECAME FASCINATED WITH EUROPE'S GREATEST STREET FOOD, THE KEBAB. WE'VE TAKEN THE EUROPEAN KEBAB AND PUT OUT OWN TWIST TO IT. PAYING HOMAGE TO WHAT WE KNOW AND LOVE FROM EUROPES GREATEST KEBAB SHOPS AND DOING IT OUR WAY. OUR OBSESSION WITH KEBABS BEGAN IN EUROPE YEARS AGO AND NOW, WE HOPE TO SHARE A LITTLE BIT OF OUR EXPERIENCE WITH YOU.
